PromptWars is a competitive platform where participants use AI tools to complete real-world challenges. Challenges have defined rules, scoring criteria, and timelines. Results are measured quantitatively and displayed on public leaderboards.

3. User Conduct

You agree to compete honestly and in good faith. Fabricating results, manipulating scoring metrics, or misrepresenting your work will result in disqualification and potential banning. Respect fellow competitors and the community.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all work you create during challenges. By submitting results, you grant PromptWars a non-exclusive license to display your submission, scores, and highlights on the platform and in promotional materials.

5. Disclaimers

PromptWars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of leaderboard rankings, scoring, or any platform functionality. Participation in challenges is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

PromptWars and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, participation in challenges, or reliance on AI tools during competition.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PromptWars after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
